Founded in 1993, LTM INC. (LTM), is headquartered in Havelock, North Carolina with corporate Financial and Contract operations in Manassas, Virginia. As of April 2008 LTM is an Employee Owned Company. We are committed to our customers and employees alike.

LTM offers acquisition management, specialized consulting, program integration, project management, engineering, and logistics services to clients at various locations. Working in partnership with the Department of Defense, the General Services Administration, and various companies we develop innovative, effective, and cost effective solutions.

We utilize our ISO 9001:2008 compliant Quality Management System to ensure customer satisfaction. Following each ISO external audit, LTM received numerous accolades complimenting our comprehensive quality system and our outstanding day-to-day customer interfaces. LTM employs continuous process improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints and has a qualified Black Belt to assist in directing ongoing quality improvement projects.

Since its inception, LTM has garnered success in all its endeavors. LTM received the North Carolina Minority Small Business Person Award twice and was recognized by INC Magazine as one of "America's 500 Fastest-Growing Private Companies" for three consecutive years.

In July 1994, LTM began operating in the eastern region of North Carolina in support of the Department of the Navy's H-46 Helicopter Program. The Corporation expanded northward, to the Washington, DC and Richmond, VA areas, in support of other Government clientele including the Defense Logistics Agency, the Defense Finance Accounting Service, the Naval Air Systems Command, and the General Services Administration. In April 2008 LTM became an employee owned company. The LTM Board of Directors is headed by company founder, Mr. David W. Baldwin. Mr. Baldwin and his management staff are complemented by specialized engineers, degreed professionals, logisticians, and technical personnel of varying complementary academic and professional skill sets. The LTM staff is headed by Mr. Thomas J. DeBenedetto, the company President.
